Veeramachineni RamaKrishna garu diet program for 10 days

This blog is all about the trending diet of Veeramachineni Rama Krishna garu’s where that whole Andhra and Telangana people are going crazy about. I am one of you looking for ways of how to get rid of weight and to get in to a shape. Have tried almost each and every diet I heard of. When I decided to do this diet and when I discussed with my friends and colleagues they were like we want to do it as well, as I am from London and most of my friends don’t understand Telugu, they requested to put it down in English. So, I thought instead of just putting out for them why don’t I make a reference of his diet in a blog as per my knowledge and research.
So, here I am.
When I first heard of this particular diet, I was like really like does this work and have totally ignored it, but when I keep on hearing from many friends family I thought of looking in to it again. Then I stared looking his videos his interviews and people interaction videos where even doctors were talking how it helped them to lose weight and how the diabetes came in control.
That was the time I decided that I should give a try to so first thing all I did was watching all this videos though they were too long few are even 3 hours long, but watched them till the end didn’t want to miss any point. The next thing I did was talking to my friends and my family who all have heard of this diet to know who all have tried this particular diet so I can have a better view of it, as there is lot of confusion, speculation and many doubts on How to start? When to start? For how long? What all to eat and what not to eat? And the list goes on. So after a bit of research from my side I have made up a chart for myself for a clear clarity. So here we go…
To start with, let’s start with a 3 days of liquid diet and 7 days of food diet total of 10 days. I will give the diet chart for each day for people who are obese and wants to lose weight.
*if you are very obese and wants to lose more weight you can do the liquid diet for 5 days as well.
You have to follow 4 pillars in all the 10 days whether you doing liquid or food diet this is very important
Pillar 1: 
Coconut oil (Yes) 100% Result (Have to try this even if you are like me who hate the smell and taste)
Cow Ghee (Yes) 40% original
Olive Oil (Yes) 40% Result
Butter (Yes) 40% Result
Every day (First 10 days) of the program. Everyone has to take a minimum of 70grams-100grams of fat for sure.
Next days of program:-
40-70g Fat for sure depends on individual If got weak add more 10g.
Pillar 2:
Everyone has to take 3 Lemons. Either with plain water (no sugar or honey) or with buttermilk (no salt) or in soups however you like.
Pillar 3:
Should take 4 Litres water either directly or with buttermilk.
Pillar 4:
Have to take 2 Multi vitamin tablets if you are doing a liquid diet and switch to 1 multi vitamin tablet when you start food diet.
Avoid this while doing the liquid diet (*and have to take Nuts and Seeds:-
Badam-10 soaked overnight and skin peeled off.
Pista - 10 (Salted, Normal)
Walnuts - 15 Soak overnight in water again and have it next day.
Sunflower seeds, Water melon seeds, Pumpkin seeds - 5-6 spoons in a day can have them however you like.                                                                                                                                                 
Flax Seeds and White sesame seeds – 3-5 spoons a day. (1/4th Kg each have to fry either dry roasted or can roast in butter or Ghee and grind it to a fine powder).
                          Things you should avoid completely during this diet:-
Potato
Chama(Colocasia)                                                                                                                    Kanda(yam)
Pendalam (Tapioca)
Sweet Potato
Beetroot
Raw Banana
Cluster Beans, Broad Beans, Peas.
Outside Food: - Strictly No for at least first 10 days. If you can’t avoid it then
Any Salad
Chicken Tandoori (Without Colour)
Chicken Tikka (Without Colour)
Chicken Kebab (Without Colour)
Chicken Grilled (Without Colour)
Milk - No                                                                                Tasting Salt - No
Yogurt – No                                                                          Sugar – No                                                                            Honey – No                                                                            Coffee, Tea – Better to avoid it otherwise without milk and sugar                                                        Alcohol – No                                                                        Cigarettes – No                                                                    Soft Drinks – No                                                                  Coconut Water – No                                                          Rice, Chapatti, or any other grains - No                        Sweets - No                                                                            Fruits or Juices – No                                                            Urad Dal, Chana Dal, Toor Dal or any other Dals - No
                                Things you should and can take:-                                                                           
Only Sea Salt
In a day Tomato 1
Onion 1
Carrot 1
except this 11 vegetables you can take all other vegetables. You can also mix milk in curries or you can also avoid this.
Drumstick Leaves Should be taken regularly.
Paneer – 100 grams in a day
Green tea
Eggs - Full Boiled Egg or Omelettes (White and Yellow) can take up to 6 a day can be taken in any form
Non - Vegetarians
Chicken, Mutton, Prawns, Fish, Or any Non Veg - 300grams a day (Every Day)
Outside Food: - Strictly No for at least first 10 days. If you can’t avoid it then
Any Salad
Chicken Tandoori (Without Colour)
Chicken Tikka (Without Colour)
Chicken Kebab (Without Colour)
Chicken Grilled (Without Colour)
How to cook and How to eat:-
                                Day 1 – Day 3 (Liquid Diet) you can also do liquid diet for 5 days                                                   depends on you totally.
These 3 or 5 days remember that you can’t chew anything. Everything you take should be in liquid form.
7 Am - (that’s the time I wake up) have 1 litre warm water with half lemon and 40 grams of coconut oil
8 Am – 1 Multi Vitamin Tablet
9:30 Am - have butter milk (1/2 litre of butter milk with 1 spoon of yoghurt and the remaining half lemon and 10 grams of coconut oil)
Till 12 keep sipping the water and make sure you drink 1 litre of water in this time.
12 0r 1 PM – Soup for lunch and dinner
2 PM – 1 Multi Vitamin tablet.
Have taken 1 Tomato, 1 Onion, 1 Carrot, ½ Cabbage, 1 green chilli, 1 Spoon of Ginger & Garlic paste, a fist full of Mint Leaves, and fist full of Coriander Leaves, fist full of Drumstick leaves, 2 peppers, and any other vegetables you can add how many ever you want and also can add chicken, prawns or any other non-vegetarian you like.
Add 1-2 litres of water depends on the quantity of vegetables you take and your appetite how much you want to consume and Pressure cook it for 3- 4 whistles.
After taking the whistle off, add sea salt to your taste (can also add chilli powder if you like) I added pepper and let it cook for few more minutes. Later take all the pulp out of the soup.
Take the soup in a big bowl (remember to eat till your hunger is satisfied) and add 20 Grams of coconut oil and 1 lemon.
4 PM – Green Tea (can add lemon and Coconut oil optional)
Till dinner keep sipping the water and make sure you drink 1 litre of water in this time.
6 or 7 Pm - Take the remaining soup in a big bowl (remember to eat till your hunger is satisfied) and add 20 Grams of coconut oil and 1 lemon.
Remember this is just an example how we can take you can take according to your timings and according to your taste but make sure you should take all the 4 pillars which are mentioned to be taken during the day.
                                                Day 4 - 10(Food Diet)
7 Am - have 1 litre warm water with 1 lemon and 40 grams of coconut oil, 10 soaked overnight and skin peeled almonds.
8 Am – 1 Multi vitamin tablet.
9:30 Am – 2 Boiled eggs (White and yellow) and 10 Walnuts and 2 spoons of mixed seeds.
Till your lunch keep drinking water or butter milk or drink flax seed and sesame seed powder in warm water and take the remaining coconut oil.
12 PM or 1 PM - Have Grilled Chicken and lot of salad.
Preparation – Take 300 grams of chicken or paneer or any other non-vegetarian wash neatly and add Sea Salt, Chilli powder, Turmeric, Lemon, Ginger Garlic Paste, Homemade garam masala and marinate and keep refrigerated for overnight or at least for couple of hours.
Then grill it or pan fry with above mentioned oils and have it with lots of salad drizzle with coconut oil and remaining mixed seeds.
4 PM - 5 Walnuts and Pista and green tea or butter milk with lemon.
Till your dinner keep drinking water or butter milk or drink flax seed and sesame seed powder in warm water and take the remaining coconut oil.
7 PM – have a lot of vegetable curry cooked in above mentioned oils and an omelette with 2 eggs.
Can also take Bone soup for lunch or dinner instead of the above.
Preparation: Mutton Bones Soup.
1kg mutton bones
2 litres water and 12 whistles
Transfer to big vessel. Add 4 Litres.
Keep that in small stove and sim about 7 hours. Add vegetables, salt, ginger garlic paste, pepper, and add what all you want totally depends on your taste and cook for 45 mints.
Take out all the pulp and drink only soup.
Remember this is just an example how we can take you can take according to your timings and according to your taste but make sure you should take all the 4 pillars which are mentioned to be taken during the day.
                                                            When to eat:-
Eat as you wish when you feel hungry. Should not eat for every hour or two.
Eat when you feel you are really hungry.
No timings. When body asks you to eat. Eat only until you hunger feels satisfied not full stomach.
Eat again when you feel hungry. Don’t eat for satisfying desire.
